  • The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item is not a final sale or personalized product (such products are non-returnable).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

  4. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and return them using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the credit/debit card, PayPal, or payment method originally used for the purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in original condition, we may offer a partial refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
