
Bytesuri Payment Policy

At Bytesuri, we prioritize secure and efficient transactions. This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods we accept, processing procedures, and how we ensure the safety of your payment details.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Bytesuri accepts the following payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- PayPal: For secure payments, you can choose to use PayPal during checkout. Payments will be processed via PayPal’s secure system.
- Gift Cards: We also accept Bytesuri gift cards. You can redeem your gift card balance during checkout. If the gift card balance does not cover the total amount, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit card or PayPal.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed at the time of order placement. Once your payment is successfully processed, we will confirm your order and initiate shipping. If payment fails or is declined, we will notify you to resolve the issue. We cannot process orders until payment has been completed.
3. Security of Payments
Your payment information is encrypted using SSL technology to protect it from unauthorized access. Bytesuri complies with PCI-DSS standards, ensuring that your payment details are securely processed. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
4. Taxes and Duties
For U.S. customers, applicable sales tax will be added to your order. International customers may incur customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival of the package, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier.
5. Payment Confirmation and Order Receipt
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order, shipping information, and an estimated delivery date. If you need an official invoice for your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide one.
6. Order Cancellations and Adjustments
If you need to cancel or adjust your order after payment has been processed, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before shipment. However, once an item has been dispatched, we cannot make adjustments, and the return policy will apply.
