
Bytesuri Refund and Returns Policy

At Bytesuri, we are dedicated to providing high-quality baby products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refunds policy ensures you are taken care of.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@bytesuri.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, please contact us with your request for a replacement product. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange at no additional cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at info@bytesuri.com with a description and photos of the damage. We will promptly offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
